Shipping Policy:

Cuddles & Carriages offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100. Flat-rate shipping of $8.99 applies to orders under $100. All furniture and gliders are excluded from our free shipping promotion. Free in-store pickup is available for furniture items. You will be contacted via email within 24 hours of placing a furniture order with a delivery or freight quote. Please refer to our Furniture Delivery Options for more details.

Standard (non-expedited) shipments will be sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground, depending on the fastest available delivery option. In-stock orders shipped with standard delivery will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and typically arrive 3-6 business days from the shipping date. Please provide a street address with your order, as we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Incorrect shipping addresses, payment issues, and shipping carrier delays due to weather or emergencies may result in delays beyond our control.

We ship to locations in the contiguous United States only. At this time, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, or FBO addresses. Orders with these shipping addresses will be canceled.

Furniture and Large Item Delivery Policy:

Due to the size and weight of many cribs, dressers, assembled furniture, and gliders, certain items cannot be shipped via standard USPS or FedEx Ground services. We offer three delivery options for these larger items:

  1. In-Store Pickup – If you live near our store, you may choose this free option at checkout. Standard lead times apply, and for special-order items, we will contact you when your item arrives to coordinate pickup.

  3. LTL Freight Delivery – If you live outside our local delivery area, we can provide a freight quote for oversized items. Freight deliveries are curbside, with optional white-glove service available at an additional cost. Contact us for a quote.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return new, unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days with your packing slip for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges if your order qualified for free shipping). Returns can be made by mail or in-store.

How to return by mail:

  • Repack the item in its original box.
  • Include the return packing slip and write "Return" on it.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit; consider insuring your package.

All returned items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition with original instructions, warranty cards, and packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to items returned with open boxes or missing materials.

Final Sale Items: Furniture and custom or personalized orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, Cuddles & Carriages will work with the manufacturer to repair or replace the item per their warranty policy.
