Discounted items, as well as all furniture and gear, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Health & Hygiene products are non-refundable
Apparel and Toys:

Unworn and unused apparel and toys may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unopened, in new condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Cuddles and Carriages reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
