Return Policy – Cuddles and Carriages

We want you to love every item you purchase from Cuddles and Carriages! Please review our return policy below:

All Sales Final:

• Discounted items, as well as all furniture and gear, are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

• Health & Hygiene products are non-refundable

Apparel and Toys:

• Unworn and unused apparel and toys may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unopened, in new condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange or return for store credit.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Cuddles and Carriages reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
