Questions parents ask us
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome anytime we're open. Booking a time helps on Saturdays and for registry appointments, so we can give you our full attention.
Can I test-drive strollers?
Yes. We keep strollers set up on the floor so you can push, fold, and lift them. If you have a model in mind, call ahead and we'll make sure it's out.
Do you help with car seats?
Yes. Bring your car and we'll help you find a seat that fits your vehicle and your child.
Can I pick up an online order in the store?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout. Most orders are ready in about an hour, and we'll email you when yours is.
Do you deliver furniture?
Yes. We offer local delivery around Evans and freight delivery farther out. Ask us for a quote.
What's your return policy?
Furniture, gear, discounted items, and health and hygiene products are final sale, which is exactly why we want you to try things in person first. Unworn, unused apparel and toys can be returned for store credit within 30 days.
